Important Information for Download Customers

To receive the added protection of the Norton Recovery Tool with your Norton Internet Security 2010 or Norton AntiVirus 2010 subscription, you will need to download the separate Recovery Tool .ISO file (approximately 240 MB) and create a recovery CD.

The Norton Recovery Tool ISO file is an "image file" of a CD-ROM. To download the file and create a recovery CD, you will need:

• A blank CD-R disc (Do not use a CD-RW disc)
• A CD creation program that is capable of burning, such as GEAR, Nero Burning
  ROM, or Roxio's Easy CD Creator
• 512 MB of RAM

Instructions on how to access and download the Norton Recovery Tool ISO file to create a recovery CD will be provided to you with your purchase confirmation. Alternatively, you may elect to purchase the packaged version of Norton Internet Security 2010 or Norton AntiVirus 2010. Each packaged version includes a product CD that contains the Norton Recovery Tool and can be used as a recovery CD.
