* Symantec products are eligible for renewal within a period from 60 days before to 30 days after the product expiration date. The product expiration date is based on 1, 2 or 3 years from the original purchase date, depending on whether a 1, 2 or 3-year maintenance agreement contract was made at the time of purchase. Outside of the designated renewal period, customers qualify for product upgrades only.
