How do I download?
A walkthrough for downloading 2006 Norton products is provided below.
If you purchased prior to April 25, 2006, please click here for your download walkthrough.
If you are downloading the 2005 version of one of the products above, please see our 2005 download walkthrough.
If you have purchased a Macintosh product, please see our MAC download walkthrough.
Below are inactive screenshot examples to guide you through the download process.

| - First, you must look up your order. Have your Order Number and Password available and visit www.symantecstore.com/orderlookup. |

| - Click the "Start Download" button to begin the download process. |
 |
|
|
| - Install the Symantec Download Manager ActiveX control required to download your Norton product. |
 |
|
|
| - Your download will automatically begin. |
 |
|

If the download has not automatically started, click Download.
|
|
If the download is cancelled or interrupted, a download icon will be placed on your desktop so that you can resume the download later. |

While the download is running, you can pause the download by clicking Stop Download. To continue, click Resume.
|
|
Once the download is complete, product installation starts automatically. If this does not occur, click the product installation icon on your desktop (this icon only appears after the download is complete). |

| - Download is complete. |
- When the download completes, an installer wizard for the software should automatically launch. This screen will prompt you to begin installation, click Install to start the installation process. Follow the instructions until the installation process is completed.

If you have purchased more than one Norton Product for download, you will need to complete all of the steps above in sequence for each product.

After each completed product installation, a system reboot will occur. Once your computer restarts, return to www.symantecstore.com/orderlookup with your Order Number and Password to see your list of ordered products. Begin again with Step 1 to download your next product.

If you have purchased a Multi-User Pack download, you must complete the download process on each computer to which the program is being installed. |
