Volume Licensing Product Information:

Purchasers of a Digital License
You have selected a downloadable media pack Volume License Product to be delivered in the form of a download. You will be provided with detailed instructions in the "Order Confirmation Page" on how to download your downloadable media pack Volume License Product. We recommend that you print a copy of the Order Confirmation page as easy reference when downloading your downloadable media pack Volume License Product. The instructions will provide you step-by-step information on how to download your product and how to use your permanent Volume License Certificate. Your Volume License Certificate will be delivered to you separately by email within three business days.

Purchasers of a Physical License
Physical media packs for Volume Licensing Products are not downloadable. Your physical media pack and your Symantec License Certificate will be shipped separately. The initial purchase of a Volume License Product does require the purchase of a physical media pack. Subsequent orders for additional licenses may be placed without purchasing a duplicate media pack.

We charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California, Minnesota and Washington. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.

Pursuant to the Digital VAT Directive, as of 1st July 2003, European customers will be charged VAT (Tax) on all downloadable digital products and services, including software at 15%.
